How long is good for colorectal cancer to exercise

Colorectal cancer is a common malignant tumor, including colon cancer and rectal cancer. The incidence of colorectal cancer is from high to low in the order of rectum, sigmoid colon, cecum, ascending colon, descending colon and transverse colon. In recent years, there is a trend of developing towards the proximal part (right colon). Its incidence is closely related to lifestyle, genetics, colorectal adenoma, etc. So how long is it good to exercise for colorectal cancer? There is no standard requirement, it depends on the patient's physical condition.

Patients with colorectal cancer are suitable for aerobic exercise such as walking, cycling, jogging, swimming, etc. Moderate exercise can indeed speed up the recovery of the body. More importantly, exercise can enhance the body's immunity and ability to resist diseases. While strengthening exercise after surgery, patients can use some Chinese medicine to prevent the recurrence and metastasis of cancer.
