In particular, many people can seek medical treatment in time for this disease, but it is difficult to treat it, especially in the early stages of the disease. We need to understand that gastric cancer is a disease that can be prevented by exercise.

The first form (breathing with fists): The first thing we need to know in life is to spread our feet apart, then to the width of our shoulders, and then to let our hands hang naturally, relax our whole body, stare forward, and breathe quietly for 3 minutes. Gently and slowly clench your fists, with your palms facing backwards, and the tips of your thumbs close to your thighs. Perform abdominal breathing, and when you inhale, your lower abdomen will swell; when you exhale, your lower abdomen will contract and your fists will clench.

The second posture (Pressing the palms and breathing): The specific content is to stand with your feet as wide as your shoulders, and let your arms hang down. Then, press your palms down, with your palms facing down and your fingers facing outwards, slightly raised, and move with your breathing. When you exhale, press your palms down.

The third posture (palm-supported breathing): Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, raise your arms sideways with your palms facing upward, and think of holding something up, moving with your breathing. When you exhale, you will feel as if something is pressing down on your palms, and use your mind to hold your palms up, without moving them, and use your mind to guide them.

Fourth posture (Palms Breathing): Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, raise your arms sideways, wrists up, palms facing outward, and move with your breathing. When you exhale, stretch your palms to the left and right, and bend your fingers toward your head.

Fifth posture (opening and closing breathing): Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, put your palms together in front of your chest, with your fingertips pointing upward, and move with your breathing. When you inhale, slowly spread your palms apart to your chest; when you exhale, slowly close your palms together to return to their original position. When opening and closing, the tips of your thumbs should be close to your chest, and the movements should be performed with your breathing. The breathing must be slow, gentle, and even.

Sixth posture (Palm-supported Breathing): Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, step your left leg out into a lunge, straighten your back leg, naturally straighten your body, push up with your left hand, palm facing up, and let your right hand hang down, fingers facing down, palm facing your thigh. During the entire breathing process, keep your body position unchanged, and when you exhale, push up with your left palm, let your right hand hang down, and stretch your left and right hands. After breathing 12 times, switch to the right lunge according to the method.

Seventh posture (rising and falling breathing): When standing, stretch your body naturally, open your arms slightly (about 30-35 cm wide), and breathe quietly for 3 minutes. Then inhale, raise your arms horizontally in front of you with your palms facing up; exhale, turn your palms downward, and slowly squat down; inhale again, turn your palms upward, and slowly stand up, maintaining rising and falling breathing.
