Are gallbladder cancer and liver cancer contagious?

Gallbladder cancer is a new type of malignant tumor, which ranks at a significantly low position in the cancer family. Gallbladder cancer is extremely harmful to the patient's body, so people are very concerned about the infectiousness of gallbladder cancer. So is gallbladder cancer or liver cancer contagious? Next, I will briefly introduce this issue to you, hoping to help you.

Gallbladder cancer is not contagious. Cancer is not listed as a infectious disease in the world. The incidence of gallbladder cancer among nurses in cancer hospitals is not higher than that in the normal population, so family members of gallbladder cancer patients do not need to worry too much.
Clinical data proves that gallbladder cancer patients themselves are not the source of infection. Experts have conducted experiments in which cancerous tissue removed from gallbladder cancer patients was directly implanted in another person and could not survive and grow. Infection is the transmission of a disease from one person to another through some means. Infection must meet three conditions: the source of infection, the transmission route and the susceptible population, none of which can be missing. Clinical data proves that gallbladder cancer patients themselves are not the source of infection.
Normally, most of the bile is secreted by the gallbladder, and a very small part is secreted by liver cells. After the gallbladder is removed, the liver can only compensatory secretion of bile. The yellowing of the whole body is a sign of abnormal liver function, which may be caused by hepatocellular jaundice, which is not contagious. At present, the main reason is still the serious liver dysfunction. The formation of jaundice is mainly due to the inability of metabolic waste bilirubin to be detoxified well in the liver and to be free in the blood, resulting in systemic yellowing of the skin. Through the above introduction, I believe everyone has a certain understanding of the infectiousness of gallbladder cancer. Once you find that you have similar symptoms of gallbladder cancer, you must not hold on to it. You must go to the hospital for examination and treatment in time to grasp the best time for treatment.
