Liver-stomach disharmony

The patient has nausea, vomiting, belching, chest and flank distension, abdominal pain, irritability, fever, jaundice, dry stool, yellow and red urine, red tongue, yellow and greasy or dry fur, and stringy or slippery pulse. Prescription: Jiawei Chaihu Shugan San. 30g of white safflower, 30g of August safflower, 60g of raw coix seed, 15g of curcuma, 9g of Guangmuxiang, 15g of Cyperus rotundus, 15g of Corydalis, 9g of Bupleurum, 10g of Citrus aurantium, 30g of white safflower, 15g of Jiao Sanxian each, and 30g of Smilax china.

Stagnation of Qi and blood

The main symptoms of the patient are chest and abdominal distension, nausea, vomiting, hiccups, poor appetite, persistent pain, or paroxysmal aggravation, especially at night, abdominal mass, weight loss, and dull complexion. The tongue is cyanotic or ecchymotic, and the pulse is thin and stringy or astringent. Prescription: Gexia Zhuyu Decoction with modifications. Wulingzhi 9g, processed Cyperus rotundus 12g, Linderae 9g, Corydalis 30g, Safflower 9g, Red Peony 15g, Salvia miltiorrhiza 30g, Paoshan Squama 9g, August Fructus 15g, Fritillaria thunbergii 15g, Smilax glabra 30g, and Pear Root 30g.

Deficiency of Qi and Blood

The patient showed symptoms of pale complexion, emaciation, fatigue, pale nails, abdominal distension, dull pain in the chest and abdomen, abdominal mass, pale tongue or with petechiae and ecchymoses, thin white fur, and deep and fine pulse. Prescription: Shiquan Dabu Decoction with modifications. Raw Astragalus 15g, Codonopsis pilosula 15g, whole Angelica 15g, stir-fried Atractylodes 12g, Rehmannia glutinosa 15g, Poria 15g, Polyporus 15g, Millettia reticulata 30g, roasted Bitter Turtle Shell 9g, Lycium barbarum 12g, Fritillaria thunbergii 15g, and stir-fried Panicum 9g.

Tips: Traditional Chinese medicine can also be used as an auxiliary treatment for pancreatic cancer, surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy to promote patient recovery.
