Briefly describe the causes of breast cancer

Breast cancer is a common malignant tumor occurring in women. Its etiology has not yet been fully elucidated. Currently, the following factors are believed to be related to the occurrence of breast cancer:

1. Genetics and family history: The incidence of breast cancer in families with a family history of breast cancer is 2-3 times higher than that in families without a family history. This type of breast cancer often occurs after menopause and is generally unilateral.

2. Pathological changes: People with atypical hyperplasia of breast ducts and lobules have an increased risk of breast cancer.

3. Edible carcinogens: Studies have found that high-oil, high-fat, low-protein foods, pickled foods, and processed foods contain a certain amount of harmful carcinogens that can induce breast cancer.

4. Multiple abortions: Multiple artificial abortions can easily cause breast diseases and increase the risk of breast cancer, especially for women under the age of 18.

5. Radiation: Women who are exposed to high levels of ionizing radiation, especially those whose chests are exposed to excessive radiation due to other diseases, have an increased risk of breast cancer compared to ordinary people.

6. Clothing: Some women wear bras that are too tight or too loose, which loses the function of protecting the breasts and may also induce breast cancer to a certain extent.

7. Estrogen stimulation: The occurrence of breast cancer is closely related to estrogen stimulation. Both exogenous and endogenous stimulation will increase the incidence of breast cancer.
