Five high-risk groups prone to prostate cancer

Five high-risk groups prone to prostate cancer

Prostate cancer is the most common malignant tumor of the male reproductive system. Its incidence rate is second only to lung cancer and ranks second in the cause of cancer death in men. The incidence of prostate cancer has certain racial and regional characteristics, and there are also certain groups of people who are prone to it. After large-scale investigations and studies, it was found that prostate cancer is more likely to invade the following five groups of people to a certain extent:

1. Early marriage

The couple was under 20 years old when they got married and lived together for a long time.

2. Strong sexual desire when young

When we are young, we have strong sexual desire and have sex too often. After entering old age, the frequency of sex drops sharply, or sex stops for too long or too early.

3. Diet

In the daily diet, people consume too much meat and too little fish and yellow-green vegetables such as spinach, carrots, and pumpkin; their daily diet has a heavy flavor, and they like to eat food cooked with condiments such as curry, ginger, and pepper, and they like salty food.

4. History of prostate disease

Have a history of chronic prostatitis or prostatic hypertrophy.

5. Over 50 years old

Men over 50, especially those around 70, are more susceptible to prostate cancer. In recent years, as people's living comfort has improved, sexual life has become more frequent, which has gradually become a factor inducing prostate cancer. Therefore, the incidence of prostate cancer has a tendency to become younger.
