Skin eczematoid carcinoma, also known as Paget's disease, can be divided into breast Paget's disease and extramammary Paget's disease. The first choice of prescription is Xiaoyao Powder plus or minus, and the basic composition of the prescription is Bupleurum, Angelica, Red Peony Root, Peony Root, Gentian, White Flower Hedyotis Diffusa, Lithospermum, Scutellaria, Prunella Vulgaris, Smilax glabra, Luffa, and Lilium. Among them, Bupleurum, Angelica, Red Peony Root and White Peony Root are the main medicines used in Xiaoyao Powder, which is the main prescription for soothing the liver and relieving depression. It is combined with bitter and cold medicines such as Gentiana, Houttuynia Cordata, Scutellaria, Prunella Vulgaris, Smilax glabra, and Lilium wilfordii to relieve the dampness and toxicity that are stagnant in the liver meridian.
