Preventing colorectal cancer starts with eating habits

The fundamental purpose of preventing colorectal cancer is to maintain a good eating habit. In particular, you should not eat too much at dinner. If you eat improperly, too much, or too late, it may harm your health and even promote the occurrence of colorectal cancer.

Traditional Chinese medicine emphasizes that "if the stomach is not in harmony, you will not sleep well." If you eat too much for dinner, it will inevitably increase the burden on the gastrointestinal tract, and the nerves will transmit to the brain, causing insomnia, nightmares, and even neurasthenia and other diseases. If middle-aged people increase the burden on the stomach for a long time and eat too much for dinner, insulin will be repeatedly stimulated and secreted in large quantities, and the burden will increase, and then it will fail, inducing diabetes. At the same time, if you eat too much for dinner, some proteins will inevitably not be digested and absorbed, and toxic substances will be produced under the action of intestinal bacteria. During sleep, intestinal peristalsis will slow down and prolong the residence time of these substances in the intestine, which will promote the occurrence of intestinal cancer.

It is not advisable to eat sweets frequently before or after dinner. This is because the sugar metabolism activity of the liver, adipose tissue, and muscles will change differently at different stages of the 24 hours a day. And exercising immediately after taking sugar can inhibit the increase of neutral fat concentration in the blood.

Dinner should not be eaten too late, otherwise there will be a risk of urethral stones. High concentrations of calcium salts and urine are retained in the urethra and combined with uric acid to form calcium oxalate. When its concentration is high, it can precipitate crystals and precipitate and accumulate at normal body temperature, forming stones. Therefore, in addition to drinking more water, dinner should be eaten as early as possible to advance the peak of excretion after eating, and it is best to go to bed after urinating once.

Taking a small dose of aspirin (75 mg per tablet) every day for a long time can greatly reduce the risk of colorectal cancer. The longer you take aspirin, the greater its anti-cancer effect.
