Pancreatic cancer is a lifestyle cancer

Steve Jobs, one of the founders of Apple and former CEO, died of pancreatic cancer at the age of 56. Jobs' death sounded a health alarm for people: pancreatic cancer is a "lifestyle cancer" and we should change our unhealthy lifestyle and actively prevent the occurrence of pancreatic cancer.

The incidence of pancreatic cancer is closely related to smoking and various types of chronic pancreatitis. Diabetes may be the cause of pancreatic cancer. Dietary factors have a certain relationship with the incidence of pancreatic cancer. Excessive sweets and high-fat eating habits may be related to the incidence of pancreatic cancer. Therefore, controlling smoking, eating a balanced diet, increasing the intake of fresh vegetables and fruits, maintaining a normal weight, and preventing diabetes and chronic pancreatitis can reduce the risk of pancreatic cancer to a certain extent.

Therefore, we must establish and maintain a healthy lifestyle. In terms of diet, we must ensure a reasonable combination of meat, eggs, vegetables, fruits, and grains, appropriately increase the intake of coarse grains, vegetables, and fruits, and not smoke, drink excessively, or overeat; in terms of life, we must strictly control our weight, insist on moderate physical activities, maintain a good mood, and have regular health checks.
