(2) For rectal cancer where both metastatic cancer and primary lesions cannot be removed, treatment measures other than surgery (chemotherapy, radiotherapy, etc.) (3) For rectal cancer where metastatic lesions can be removed but primary lesions cannot be removed, treatment measures other than surgery (chemotherapy, radiotherapy, etc.) (4) For rectal cancer where metastatic lesions cannot be removed but primary lesions can be removed, surgical resection of the primary lesion can be considered, and treatment measures other than surgical rectal cancer treatment methods can be used for the metastatic lesions; for rectal cancer without major bleeding, severe anemia, stenosis and perforation (metastatic lesions cannot be removed but primary lesions can be removed), treatment measures other than surgery can also be used.
