Listen to the experts’ introduction to common surgical treatments for bladder cancer

Being unhealthy is the most troublesome problem. Everyone wants to be healthy, but bladder cancer is one of the many diseases that plague patients' health. The following experts will introduce the surgical treatment methods for bladder cancer to everyone.

1. Partial cystectomy

Partial cystectomy is suitable for patients with limited invasive papillary carcinoma. The tumor should be far from the bladder trigone and bladder neck. The depth of invasion should not exceed the fat layer around the bladder. If necessary, ureterovesical anastomosis can be performed, which is the surgical treatment for bladder cancer.

2. Total cystectomy

This type of bladder cancer surgical treatment is a radical cystectomy. For bladder tumors that exceed the scope of the above surgical methods, the tumor is located in the bladder triangle and the bladder neck has infiltration, the tumor has metastasized to the surrounding area, recurrent tumors, etc., radical total cystectomy should be used. Urinary diversion surgery such as ureteral transplantation must be performed on the severed ureter. Common diversion surgeries include: ① ureterostomy; ② rectal bladder, sigmoid colostomy; ③ rectal bladder surgery; ④ ileal bladder surgery; ⑤ controlled ileal bag bladder replacement surgery.

3. Biological immunotherapy for bladder cancer

It is understood that CLS therapy, namely CLS autologous cell therapy technology, is a research breakthrough found by scientists in the field of cancer from Temple University and Stanford University in the United States from the rapidly developing cytology and immunology. During treatment, two special functional cells are extracted from the human peripheral blood: dendritic cells are like "radars" that can actively search and identify cancer cells; killer cells with cell induction function are like "missiles" that can accurately kill cancer cells without damaging any normal tissues, effectively killing tumor tissues while also enhancing the body's immunity. After value-added and activated culture through special GMP experiments, they are returned to the patient's body. This is also a surgical treatment method for bladder cancer.

After reading the above brief introduction to the surgical treatment of bladder cancer, I hope it will be helpful to everyone. Everyone should pay more attention to the surgical treatment of bladder cancer, learn more about it, pay more attention to prevention in life, and treat it as soon as possible once it is discovered.
