Skin itches at night but fine during the day

Most skin diseases are caused by the skin feeling particularly itchy before going to bed at night. This is a relatively normal phenomenon. The skin diseases we often come into contact with include eczema and urticaria. Both of these skin diseases will make patients feel itchy skin, and the probability of its occurrence in summer is higher than in winter. So why is the skin itchy at night but not during the day?

Skin itching often occurs in seasons with dry climates. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that this disease is mostly caused by qi stagnation and blood stasis, and should be treated by cooling blood, removing blood stasis, dispelling wind and relieving itching. When the human body lacks vitamin B2, problems will occur in the mucous membrane layer in the human cavity, causing mucosal lesions, resulting in mucosal cell metabolic disorders, and skin itching symptoms. The first treatment method is diet therapy, eating more foods rich in vitamin B2, such as milk and its products, animal liver and kidneys, egg yolks, eels, carrots, mushrooms, seaweed, celery, tangerines, mandarins, oranges, etc.

Consider dermatitis, which can be treated with Daconazole and Ketoconazole. Keep the area dry, clean and breathable at ordinary times, wash and change shoes and socks frequently, and dry the shoes in the sun.

Will there be bleeding spots after scratching, followed by scabs, or will the symptoms disappear after scratching? The diagnosis of skin diseases is not intuitive. I suggest you go to the dermatology department of the hospital! Consider the possibility of urticaria or eczema. But the best diagnosis is still the most important.

It should be an allergic skin disease. The dry climate in autumn and winter is prone to various skin problems. In addition, symptoms such as preheating and emotional excitement should lead to suspicion of cholestatic urticaria. The typical characteristic is that it often occurs in adolescence, usually when exposed to heat (hot drinks, hot baths), emotional excitement and after exercise. Symptoms subside when you stop exercising or calm down.

There is currently no good treatment for cholestatic urticaria. It can only be achieved through daily conditioning and prevention. Take more vitamins, especially C and E, avoid inducing factors, and use Chinese medicine appropriately to get good results.
