Method 1:

1. Chop ginger, soak mushrooms in warm water, chop, and add meat filling;

2. Use half of the cabbage and chop it. Put it in another container, sprinkle with salt, remove the water from the sand, squeeze it dry, and put it in the meat filling;

3. Add salt, chicken essence, pepper, five-spice powder, abalone sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, and cooking wine to the filling;

4. Pour oil into a hot pan, put the chopped onion slices into the pan and fry them over medium heat until they become onion oil, then remove from the pan. Heat oil over high heat and pour over the stuffing;

Method 2:

1. Chop the chives and lotus leaves and set aside.

2. In the second step, pour appropriate amount of oil into the pan and heat the oil. Fry the marinated fish until both sides turn yellow, then remove and set aside.

3. In the third step, heat the oil and add the prepared garlic, ginger slices and bundled green onions into the pan and stir-fry until fragrant. Then pour in the washed and chopped mushrooms and stir-fry until soft. Then pour in the diced tomatoes and stir-fry until the juice comes out. You can add some tomato sauce during the process.

4. Boil water and put the dumplings in. When the water boils again, serve.

Method 3:

1. First, chop the shrimp skin and green onion into small pieces. Put the purchased meat into a bowl and marinate for about 15 minutes. Add a small amount of salt, thirteen spices, chopped shrimp skin, chopped green onion and appropriate amount of dark soy sauce to color the meat and stir evenly.

2. Wash the lotus root, chop it into small pieces, add a small amount of salt to let the salt marinate the water out of the lotus root, and use clean gauze to squeeze out the water.

3. Squeeze out the water from the lotus root and put it into the meat that has just been marinated. Add a small amount of cooking oil and an appropriate amount of salt and mix well. The dumpling filling is ready.

4. You can make the dumpling skins yourself or buy them directly from outside. However, it is recommended to make the dumpling skins yourself when making steamed dumplings. The dumpling skins must be thin, and then you can wrap them into the shape you like. Place a layer of flour on the cutting board to prevent the dumplings from sticking to the board.

5. After the dumplings are wrapped, they can be put into the pot and steamed for 15 minutes.
