6. Thrombophlebitis. Patients with pancreatic tumors may develop migratory thrombophlebitis or deep vein thrombosis in the lower legs.

7. Abdominal masses. Since the pancreas is hidden deep in the posterior abdominal cavity, it is usually difficult to palpate the cancer itself. However, in advanced pancreatic tumors, a fixed, hard, nodular mass may be felt during deep palpation.

8. Ascites. In the late stage of pancreatic tumor, ascites may occur due to peritoneal metastasis, portal vein thrombosis or cancer compression of the portal vein.
