What is the reason for heavy hair loss

Many people will find themselves losing a lot of hair in their daily lives, which will make them panic. It also makes their hair become very sparse, which affects their overall image and makes their mood become not so good. Therefore, you must find the specific cause of this situation when the hair loss is serious.

Oily alopecia is also called seborrheic alopecia or androgenic alopecia, and its true cause is still inconclusive. Some people believe that it is related to increased sensitivity or excess of androgen. Excessive skin secretion causes excessive keratinization of the hair follicles, which affects the nutrition of the hair follicles, causing the hair follicles to gradually atrophy and be destroyed, leading to baldness.

It has a certain relationship with genetic factors, age, environment, etc. In addition, sleep disorders and mental factors are also important causes of seborrheic baldness. Some people also believe that it is the "internal heat" that rises up, bringing the fat from the bottom of the body to the head, causing the head cortex to secrete excessive and uneven fat, affecting the growth of hair roots.

Seborrheic alopecia is the main cause of male hair loss. Men will find that the hair on the top of the head or forehead is gradually becoming thinner. Usually, patients with male pattern baldness experience premature hair loss and are often accompanied by scalp sebum secretion, dandruff, itchy scalp, etc. Seborrheic alopecia usually occurs in men in their twenties and becomes more common with age. About half of men between the ages of 40 and 50 experience varying degrees of hair loss.

1. Symptoms of acute seborrheic alopecia: increased oiliness and itching on the scalp, dandruff or papules, hair falling out in clumps within a short period of time or even all hair falling out. There may be small papules on the scalp. It often occurs during adolescence, is more common in males, and is prone to relapse after recovery.

2. Symptoms of chronic seborrheic alopecia: This disease is more common in young and middle-aged men and women. The basic symptom of male seborrheic alopecia is excessive fat secretion from the patient's scalp, which leads to an oily and moist scalp, mixed with dust and dandruff. If the hair is not washed for a few days, it will become very dirty, especially in hot weather, and sometimes it is accompanied by the occurrence of hair itching. Male seborrheic alopecia usually starts from the temples, forehead and the middle part of the top of the head, and then spreads to the entire top of the head, but the hair around it will not fall off.
