How to make blood clean

How to make blood clean

Some diseases are closely related to blood problems, such as kidney disease, diabetes, etc. So how to make the blood clean_how to make the blood healthy and clean? People with blood diseases can undergo blood purification. Nowadays, medical equipment is becoming more and more advanced, and the safety of blood purification is getting higher and higher. That is what we know as hemodialysis, which is the process of processing one's own blood through equipment and then returning it to the body.

1. What is blood purification?

In daily life we call blood purification dialysis. Its meaning is: to draw the patient's blood out of the body and pass it through a purification device to remove certain pathogenic substances, purify the blood, and achieve the purpose of curing the disease. Blood purification should include: hemodialysis, hemofiltration, hemoperfusion, plasma exchange, immunoadsorption, etc. Although peritoneal dialysis does not remove blood from the body, the principles are the same. Hemodialysis is only one of the methods for treating chronic renal failure.

2. Blood purification treatment

Hemodialysis (HD), hemoperfusion (HP), plasma exchange, etc., while continuous blood purification (CBP), blood lipid purification, artificial liver support system (ALSS) are the combined application of the above technologies. Although peritoneal dialysis does not have extracorporeal circulation and only uses ascites exchange to purify the blood, in a broad sense, it should also be included in blood purification therapy.

1. Hemodialysis

It uses the principle of semipermeable membrane to remove various harmful and redundant metabolic wastes and excess electrolytes in the fluid out of the body through diffusion, so as to purify the blood and correct the balance of water, electrolyte and acid-base.

2. Hemoperfusion

The principle of hemoperfusion is to draw the patient's blood out of the body, bring it into contact with a solid adsorbent (such as the resin in an HA resin hemoperfusion device), remove certain metabolites and exogenous drugs or poisons in the body by adsorption, and then return the purified blood to the patient, thereby achieving the purpose of treating the disease. Currently, the most commonly used hemoperfusion adsorbent in clinical practice is resin. In China, many professional manufacturers of blood purification adsorption materials have emerged, such as Zhuhai Jianfan. In recent years, the industry has grown at an annual rate of more than 50%, initially forming a rapidly developing blood adsorption material industry cluster with good industrial development potential.
