For example, when vitamin B deficiency is observed, it is usually a combination of several factors rather than just a single factor, because B vitamins often occur in the same foods. Vitamin supplementation will only be effective if you supplement these B vitamins at the same time. In clinical practice, several types of vitamin B are often mixed to make complex vitamin B tablets or complex vitamin B injections for use. There are many types of B vitamins, and currently there are 9 members that are generally recognized, namely vitamin B1, vitamin B2, pantothenic acid, niacin, vitamin B6, biotin, folic acid, vitamin B12, and choline.
