1. Moxibustion acupoints for treating hyperthyroidism

Acupoints: Dazhui, Fengmen, Feishu, Fengfu, Dazhui, Fengchi, Taixi.

Acupoints: Hegu, Neiguan, Quchi, Pishu, Shenshu, Taichong, Zusanli, Fuliu, Neiting, Jianshi, Zhaohai, Sanyinjiao.

Method: Select the main acupoints, select the auxiliary acupoints according to the specific symptoms, and use the mild moxibustion method. Moxibustion each acupoint about 7 to 10 times each time, until the skin of the acupoint is slightly red. The best result is that the local skin of the acupoint feels warm but without burning pain. 3. How to prevent hyperthyroidism

3.1. Ensure adequate rest and avoid fatigue. During the stable period, you can do appropriate physical exercise, such as walking, practicing Tai Chi, doing radio gymnastics, etc., to enhance your physical fitness.

3.2. Get rid of negative emotions or unnecessary psychological burdens and increase confidence in overcoming the disease. On weekdays, you can listen to more beautiful music, do quiet exercises, appreciate flowers, birds, fish and insects, etc. You should also strengthen your studies, improve your literacy, and constantly improve your ability to self-regulate and control your emotions.
