Persistent pain in upper abdomen

Persistent pain in upper abdomen

The human abdomen is mainly divided into the upper abdomen and the lower abdomen. Below the upper abdomen are mainly some digestive systems and organs, and below the lower abdomen is mainly the reproductive system. If there is persistent pain in the upper abdomen, it is most likely due to some gastrointestinal problems in the digestive system. The causes of gastrointestinal problems are very complex, and many reasons may cause upper abdominal pain. So what are the causes of persistent upper abdominal pain?

Upper abdominal pain refers to foreign bodies formed by condensation in the stomach due to lesions of internal and external organs of the abdominal cavity caused by various reasons, such as ingestion of certain plant components or swallowed hair or certain minerals such as calcium carbonate, barium, bismuth, etc. More than half of the patients have upper abdominal pain, distension, nausea and vomiting.
