How to make a cake with butter

Cake is a kind of pastry food that many people like to eat in daily life. Especially when people have birthdays, they basically buy some cakes to celebrate. Usually the cakes people use in their daily lives are purchased directly from cake shops. But some people make cakes by themselves, mainly because the operation is rather complicated. Anyone who knows a little bit about it will know that he will add some butter when eating cake. So how do you make a cake with butter?

1. How to make butter cake

Ingredients: 100g flour, 80g sugar, 100g eggs, 100g butter, 2g baking powder

1. Prepare the ingredients; cut the butter into small cubes, rub the sugar and butter thoroughly with the base of your palm;

2. Add eggs in batches, stirring clockwise until well mixed; add flour;

3. To prevent the flour from forming gluten, mix the flour, butter and egg liquid from top to bottom with your hands, and add raisins;

4. After mixing, put it into a piping bag and squeeze it into a small paper cup;

5. After squeezing everything, preheat the oven and bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes until color is ready.

2. How to make butter sponge cake

Ingredients: 6 eggs, 60g unsalted butter, 80g low-gluten flour, 90g fine sugar, 80g milk, 0.5g salt.

1. Put the butter in a container and melt it in the microwave for 30 seconds.

2. Sift the low-gluten flour into the melted butter and mix evenly with a scraper. Add the pure milk in 3 more batches and stir well.

3. Mix 5 egg yolks and 1 whole egg evenly, then add them into the batter in the second step in 3 batches. Stir well with a whisk until it becomes a flowing thin paste.

4. Add salt to five egg whites and sugar in three batches and beat until smooth. Beat until the meringue is pulled into a large curved shape.

5. Add one third of the egg whites into the egg yolk paste and mix evenly with a spatula. Pour it back into the remaining egg whites and mix well with a knife.

6. Place a square pan filled with water in the lower middle layer of the oven, heat at around 150 degrees, and preheat for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, pour the batter into an 8-inch mold, wrap the bottom with tin foil, and place it in the preheated oven water tray. Duration is 60 minutes. (The legendary water bath method).
