Can epilepsy symptoms be cured?

People's living standards are constantly improving, but the types of diseases are also increasing. Because of people's diet, the chance of causing disease is the greatest. And because people are unable to prevent it, or some people do not pay attention to preventing the disease from happening, they overeat and get sick. Epilepsy is a common disease that causes body convulsions. Can the symptoms of epilepsy be cured?

Under current medical conditions, epilepsy cannot be cured by drug treatment alone. Among them, many patients with primary epilepsy need long-term oral anti-epileptic drugs to control epileptic seizures; for some secondary epilepsy, if the primary disease or organic lesions are not resolved, such as secondary epilepsy caused by intracranial tumors, the disease may progress with the progression of the tumor. Relying on drugs can only relieve symptoms, effectively control the frequency of seizures, improve the patient's quality of life and motor function in the later stage, and enhance intelligence. If epilepsy occurs, it should be treated actively to avoid continued endangerment of life and health

Epilepsy is a sudden, transient brain dysfunction disease, commonly known as "epilepsy", also known as epilepsy, epilepsy, epilepsy, epilepsy, etc. It has a high incidence rate and can occur at any age, especially in adolescents. During an epileptic seizure, the patient often screams, falls to the ground, has convulsions in his limbs, looks up, drools, and becomes incontinent. The seizure disappears within seconds or minutes. Some patients also experience a brief loss of consciousness but do not fall to the ground. This is called a minor seizure.

Western medicine currently has the following treatments for epilepsy:

1. X-knife and cava knife are used to treat epilepsy. The effect is also not ideal because the epileptic focus of discharge cannot be found.

2. Surgical treatment.

The key to surgical treatment is to find the epileptic site, but currently, it is difficult to detect the epileptic focus through head CT, MRI, EEG, etc., so it is very difficult to accurately locate epilepsy surgery, which affects the surgical effect.
