Symptoms of cervical lymphadenoma

Symptoms of cervical lymphadenoma

Lymph is one of the most common lymph nodes in the human body. Many people are concerned about the body's lymph, because the body's lymph is likely to mutate and sometimes turn into tumors or cancer. Cervical lymphadenoma is a common type of cervical lymph node mutation that we encounter in daily life. It has a great impact on people's daily lives. So what are the specific symptoms of cervical lymphadenoma in daily life?

What are the early symptoms of neck lymphoma?

The local manifestation of malignant lymphoma is mainly enlarged lymph nodes of the patient, and its main characteristics are painlessness and progressiveness. They can mostly be pushed and do not adhere to each other in the early stage, but can fuse in the late stage. Anti-inflammatory and anti-tuberculosis treatments are ineffective. Superficial lymph nodes are most common in the neck, followed by the armpits and abdominal groove. The deep part is most common in the mediastinum and beside the abdominal aorta. Lymph node enlargement causes local compression symptoms, mainly referring to deep lymph nodes, such as enlarged mediastinal lymph nodes. Compression of the esophagus can cause dysphagia, compression of the superior vena cava can cause superior vena cava syndrome, and compression of the trachea can cause coughing, chest tightness or difficulty breathing and cyanosis.

The initial systemic symptom of patients with malignant lymphoma is fever, and the fever will recur, which is a bit similar to a cold. The temperature will be between 38 and 39 degrees for many years. Some patients may have continuous high fever, intermittent low fever, and a few have periodic fever. Most patients experience weight loss, with a reduction of more than 10% of their original body weight within six months. Night sweats are a symptom of malignant lymphoma.

Systemic symptoms of lymphadenopathy: fever, night sweats, itching. The manifestations of malignant lymphoma are relatively hidden, and patients are not easy to detect. If symptoms can be detected early, it is important to seek medical treatment promptly, because the cure rate will be greatly improved in the early stages. Some of the early signals explained here are particularly worthy of attention: progressive lymph node enlargement without clear cause, which meets the characteristics of malignant lymphoma mentioned above in terms of location, hardness, mobility, etc. Unexplained changes may occur in the body, such as long-term low-grade fever or periodic fever, accompanied by itchy skin, sweating, weight loss, and swollen superficial lymph nodes. Such cases should consider the possibility of malignant lymphoma.

If the condition worsens, the lymph nodes may continue to swell. Lymph nodes must be prevented from liquefaction, damage, suppuration, etc., otherwise it is easy to cause infection and worsen the disease.

The causes of swollen lymph nodes are often infection and tumor factors. Some are caused by bacterial infection or HIV infection, while others are caused by oral diseases, tonsilitis, gingivitis, etc. The lymph nodes can be found in the neck, supraclavicular fossa, and armpits. In short, lymphoma can seriously threaten our health. Once lymph nodes are found, early treatment must be carried out.

We would like to remind everyone that if you experience these abnormal conditions in your body, do not panic and do not act on your own. What you need to do is to go to a regular hospital for examination in time to avoid delaying the disease. Getting sick is not a terrible thing. What is terrible is being scared by the disease, losing confidence and losing mental balance.
