Mineral water production process:

1. Raw water tank (optional)

Store raw water and use it to precipitate large sediment particles and other precipitable substances in the water. At the same time, it buffers the impact of unstable water pressure in the raw water pipe on the water treatment system. (Such as the reaction of pressure sensor caused by too low or too high water pressure).

2. Raw water pump

3. Multi-media filter

The main purpose of the filter with multiple filtration layers is to remove sediment, rust, colloids, suspended matter and other substances with particles larger than 20um in the raw water. Manual valve control or fully automatic controller can be used to perform a series of operations such as backwashing and forward flushing. Ensure the water quality of the equipment and extend the service life of the equipment.

4. Activated carbon filter

The system uses fruit shell activated carbon filter, which can not only adsorb electrolyte ions, but also perform ion exchange adsorption. Activated carbon adsorption can also reduce the oxygen consumption (COD) of potassium permanganate from 15mg/L (O2) to 2-7mg/L (O2). In addition, due to the increase in the concentration of adsorbed replication on the surface due to the adsorption effect, it also plays a catalytic role, removes pigments, odors, a large amount of biochemical organic matter in the water, reduces the residual chlorine value and pesticide pollutants in the water, and removes trihalides (THM) and other pollutants in the water. At the same time, the equipment has a self-maintenance system and the operating cost is very low.

5. Security Filters

The security filter is used to remove the suspended solids, non-straight particles and colloids remaining in the incoming water, making the operation of subsequent equipment such as the ultrafiltration system safer and more reliable. The filter element is a 5um melt-blown filter element, the purpose is to prevent the upper filter unit from missing and remove impurities larger than 5um. Prevent it from entering the ultrafiltration device and damaging the surface of the membrane, thereby damaging the performance of the membrane.

6. Ultrafiltration device

Ultrafiltration (UF) is a process in which the solvent and some low molecular weight solutes pass through the micropores on the membrane to reach the other side of the membrane under pressure, while the high molecular weight solutes or other emulsified micelles are retained, thereby achieving the purpose of separation from the solution. Its separation mechanism mainly relies on physical screening. During ultrafiltration separation, after a certain pressure is applied to the feed liquid, high molecular weight substances and colloidal substances are blocked by the ultrafiltration membrane in three ways: primary adsorption on the membrane surface and micropores, retention due to blockage in the pores, and mechanical screening on the membrane surface, while water and low molecular weight substances pass through the membrane. Mineral water and spring water equipment can use ultrafiltration devices to effectively remove colloids, chemical organic matter, heavy metals, bacteria and other macromolecular organic matter in the water, and retain beneficial trace elements in the water.

7. UV sterilizer or ozone sterilizer (optional)
