2. Patients who drink excessively and/or have a history of liver disease should use this product with caution.

3. It is recommended to perform liver function tests before starting treatment with this product and 3 weeks after treatment. If the serum aminotransferase level is more than 3 times the upper limit of the normal range, the medication should be discontinued or the dose should be reduced.

4. Patients should report any unexplained muscle pain or weakness immediately. These patients should have their CK levels tested. Treatment with this drug should be discontinued if CK levels are significantly elevated (>10xULN) or if myopathy is clinically diagnosed or suspected.

5. This product should not be used in any acute severe condition suggesting myopathy or inducing renal failure with rhabdomyolysis (such as sepsis, stress, major surgery, trauma, severe metabolic disorders, endocrine disorders and electrolyte imbalances).
