How to heal liver damage

How to heal liver damage

No matter which organ it is in our body, it is very important to us. But sometimes, if we are not careful, we will hurt the internal organs. For example, the liver is one of the five major internal organs in our body, so its importance cannot be overstated. So, how should we replenish the liver after it is injured? People often say that what you eat replenishes what you have, so do you need to eat pork liver if your liver is injured? Or do you need to eat something else?

1. Low-fat foods: fish and shrimp

We often say that fat puts a heavy burden on the liver, but few people know that the liver cannot do without fat. Because fat is the main nutrient required for the normal work of the liver, without it, the liver cannot function normally. However, excessive fat intake is not a good thing, so low-fat foods have become the first choice for repairing and maintaining the liver.

2. High-protein foods: eggs and tofu

Protein is the best element for repairing the liver. Because protein can repair liver cells and promote liver cell regeneration. Generally speaking, each of us needs to consume 90 grams of protein every day, and people with poor liver should consume no less than 100 grams of protein. Eggs and tofu are rich in protein and low in calories and fat.

3. Green vegetables: spinach

Green color enters the liver, and dark green spinach is a very good liver-tonifying food. Spinach is rich in protein, trace elements and vitamin C, which can nourish the liver, blood, and yin, and has a good effect on protecting the liver.

4. Nuts rich in vitamin E

Vitamin E has anti-aging effects, because vitamin E can prevent cell aging, extend the cell cycle, and delay the cell aging process. As for the liver, it can inhibit the aging of liver tissue and liver cells. Many nuts are high in vitamin E, among which walnuts and peanuts are the first choice, followed by almonds.

5. Grapes are the best fruit for liver protection

If we were to say which fruit is the best for the liver, we would have to mention grapes, which can be described as a "liver-protecting medicine." The natural bioactive substances contained in grapes can effectively regulate the function of liver cells and resist or reduce the damage to them caused by free radicals. Grapes are rich in glucose and multiple vitamins, which are great for anti-fatigue and anti-aging effects.
