What's going on with diarrhea and vomiting?

The body is the capital of revolution. Everyone must learn to cherish life and learn to do a good job in health care. In addition to busy work, you should spend more time caring for your body. The fast-paced life has caused many people to develop irregular lifestyles, which can easily lead to gastrointestinal problems over time, such as diarrhea and vomiting. This is most likely acute gastroenteritis or other diseases and should be treated professionally in a timely manner.

Considering it is acute gastroenteritis, it is recommended to go to the hospital in time for treatment, check blood routine and stool routine, and give corresponding judgment and treatment suggestions based on the specific examination results.

First of all, you should drink more salt water to prevent dehydration, and then take intestinal probiotics, Simotang oral solution, and fluopicolide capsules to stop diarrhea and digestion. Do not eat spicy, greasy or high-sugar foods, and use intravenous drips to control the condition when necessary.

This is acute gastroenteritis and requires fluid therapy. If possible, give intravenous fluids. Under normal conditions, oral administration of light sugar saline solution for rehydration is also effective. It is also called diarrhea in traditional Chinese medicine, which is caused by improper diet and indigestion in the gastrointestinal tract. You can take the Chinese patent medicine Da Shanzhao Pills or Baoji Pills to strengthen the spleen and stomach, and help digest food and eliminate stagnation. Take according to the instructions. Eat a light diet and drink plenty of water during medication.

Vomiting and diarrhea are likely symptoms of acute gastroenteritis. Acute gastroenteritis is an acute inflammation of the gastrointestinal mucosa, with the main clinical manifestations being nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, diarrhea, fever, etc. It is common in summer and autumn, and is mostly caused by improper diet, overeating, or eating raw, cold, rotten, dirty and unclean food. Rest in bed and stop all foods and medications that may irritate the stomach. Then give easily digestible, light, low-residue liquid food to help the stomach rest and heal the injury. Drinking water is encouraged. Since vomiting and diarrhea cause excessive water loss, patients should drink more water as much as possible to replenish the lost water. Sugar and salt water is preferred. Do not drink beverages high in sugar to avoid excessive acid production and aggravate abdominal pain. Patients with frequent vomiting can drink a small amount of water (about 50 ml) after each vomiting, and drink it multiple times to avoid vomiting. Abdominal pain can be treated with drugs such as belladonna tablets, atropine, 654-2, etc. You can also apply local hot compress to the abdomen to relieve pain. Antibacterial drugs such as berberine and norfloxacin can be used. If the body temperature exceeds 38.5 degrees, add antipyretic drugs. Severe vomiting and diarrhea, obvious dehydration, should be sent to the hospital for intravenous infusion treatment in time, generally recover quickly within 1 or 2 days
