The most common one is getting angry and constipation, which makes people very uncomfortable. So what should we do if we get angry and constipated due to staying up late? If you have to stay up late, you must pay special attention to your diet, such as drinking a glass of honey water on an empty stomach in the morning and not eating greasy food before going to bed at night.

1. Before going to work: drink a glass of milk first. According to scientific measurements, human skin metabolism is most active between midnight and 6 a.m. Drinking a glass of milk before going to the night shift is beneficial to skin care and delays skin aging.

2. Before leaving get off work: avoid drinking anything stimulating or exciting. Both tea and coffee have stimulating effects. If this continues for a long time, it will inevitably lead to neurasthenia and premature aging.

Soak your feet in warm water for 10 to 15 minutes, especially suitable in winter.

Li Mengying from the Physical Examination Center of China Medical University said that working night shifts frequently can make people exhausted and listless, which can reduce their immunity and make them more susceptible to colds and allergies, and cause them to get sick. When working the night shift, the biological clock is disrupted and the rest time is disturbed, which can easily cause anxiety and bad temper. The heart organ cannot rest properly, which will increase the chance of heart disease. The incidence of kidney disease and diabetes is as high as 30%, and the incidence of neurasthenia is as high as 90%. Especially for women, long-term exposure to light causes hormone disorders and increases the risk of cancer.

Night shift workers often have trouble sleeping, eat well, feel weak and listless due to changes in their body clock (circadian cycle). How can this group of people think about their dietary arrangements and improve the quality of their diet to ensure their health?

Nutrition experts recommend: First of all, the total amount of food intake should be sufficient. Nutritionists believe that the first and foremost requirement for proper nutrition is that the total calorie intake must meet the needs, so in addition to breakfast, lunch and dinner, you also need to have a night meal.

Secondly, pay attention to the variety and pattern of food. Due to poor appetite at night, you should eat more foods rich in protein and vitamins and some light, delicious foods. Avoid greasy food. Strive to have a wide variety of foods, new styles, and good color, aroma and taste to stimulate appetite.

Third, provide more foods rich in vitamin A. Night shifts can easily cause eye fatigue, and vitamin A is involved in regulating the synthesis of rhodopsin, a photosensitive substance in the retina, which can improve the body's ability to adapt to dim light. Vitamin A is mostly found in animal foods, especially in animal livers, followed by egg yolks, fish roe, and milk. In addition, working the night shift also increases the need for vitamins B and C, which should be supplemented appropriately.

Finally, increase high-quality protein. It is best if animal protein accounts for half of the intake, because animal protein contains the eight essential amino acids for the human body.
