Causes of acne

How to deal with acne by squeezing it

Although there are many types of acne, the stage that acne must go through in its growth and development is growth and maturity, and then white dots will appear inside. The more obvious the white dots are, the more pus there is inside. At this time, you can squeeze the pus to drain out, and the acne will heal faster. Of course, if there is not enough pus in the pimple, it is not recommended to squeeze the pimple.

We now wash our hands first, then wet our entire face with hot water. If you are wearing makeup, you need to remove it in advance (thoroughly), then squeeze some facial cleanser on your hands. The type of facial cleanser is not important, as long as it can clean thoroughly. Then add a little hot water to the facial cleanser and rub it with your hands for a while to create rich foam.

Then you can start cleansing your entire face. When cleansing, pay attention to making circles with the palm of your hand and clean the skin on your face step by step, especially the acne areas and the T-zone on your face. Do not use brute force when squeezing pimples, as this can easily cause the contents of the pimple to flow back out.
