1. Get enough sleep

First of all, you need to get enough sleep every day. For us adults, 7 hours is enough, not too less. At the same time, it should be regular, going to bed and getting up on time every day. If you don’t have a good sleep, you can’t even guarantee the time, and you will always feel sleepy and lack energy. At the same time, don’t sleep too long. If you sleep more than 12 hours, you may feel a little dizzy. I believe you don’t have that much time to sleep. 2. Take a nap at noon
