How to defecate quickly after eating too much

Food is the most important thing for people. In real life, many people cannot resist the temptation of delicious food. Indeed, when it comes to delicious food, how can you be justified if you don’t eat to your heart’s content? However, the human stomach capacity is limited after all, and it would be uncomfortable if you eat too much and feel bloated. Therefore, if you are a foodie or a food lover, it is very necessary for you to master some methods of quick excretion so that you can reduce the bad feeling caused by eating too much while enjoying the food.

1. Honey is rich in vitamins, minerals and enzymes. Enzymes can help the human body digest, absorb and enhance metabolism. If you are constipated, have a glass of honey water to make your bowel movements smooth! The laxative effect of honey has a long history. Ancient Chinese medicine practitioners pointed out the benefits of honey: "It can relieve irritability, relieve constipation, relieve internal heat, cure heartache, improve complexion, harmonize hundreds of medicines, and cure many diseases."

2. Cabbage heart. It is slightly cold in nature and sweet in taste. It has the function of detoxifying, removing heat, and promoting digestion. People who are upset, thirsty, have difficulty in defecation, and have yellow and scanty urine can eat cabbage regularly. Cabbage contains a lot of crude fiber, as well as vitamins A, B, and C, especially vitamin C. The cellulose in cabbage can promote the peristalsis of the intestinal wall, help digestion, and prevent dry stools.

3. Foods rich in magnesium such as sesame and almonds. According to research by the Japanese Institute of Health and Nutrition, if the body lacks magnesium intake, it will cause constipation. Magnesium has a laxative and stool-softening effect, so taking it in moderation can help with bowel movements. Foods rich in magnesium often include peanuts, brown rice, walnuts, bananas, etc.

4. Foods rich in oligosaccharides such as asparagus and onions. Oligosaccharides, also known as oligosaccharides, are a type of carbohydrate with a relatively low degree of polymerization. Studies have found that oligosaccharides can increase the bifidobacterium content in breast milk and help adjust the intestinal environment. Other foods rich in oligosaccharides include garlic, coffee, corn, honey, and various soy products.

5. Banana. 250 grams of banana, eat before going to bed. Or 1 to 2 bananas and an appropriate amount of rock sugar. Peel the bananas, add water and rock sugar and stew until cooked. Eat 1 to 2 times a day for several days. It can be used to treat other types of constipation. Eat 1 to 2 bananas on an empty stomach. It is effective for treating dry stools.

6. Grapefruit. Pomelo is sour, cold and non-toxic. It has various functions such as promoting qi, digesting food, removing phlegm, detoxifying alcohol, relieving pain, and treating constipation. Grapefruit is rich in nutrients and contains much more calcium and vitamins than other fruits. Its vitamin C content is three times that of lemon and orange.
