Benefits of rice oil

A single cooking oil is actually not conducive to nutritional balance, so we should consume more other types of cooking oils every day. Sunflower oil, olive oil, peanut oil, linseed oil, etc. are all very common. But did you know that many ingredients can be used to produce oil, such as rice? Rice oil is not common because of its low yield, but its benefits are no less.

Rice germ oil is an oil extracted from rice germs. It is a very good new type of health-care and nutritious edible oil. Rice germ is the essence of rice, the embryo of rice, a vital substance rich in nutrients necessary for life movement.

According to expert research, rice germ is an excellent functional food that can provide the body with "healthy power". Rice germ not only provides the body with rich nutrients that are difficult to obtain from traditional nutritional products, but also has obvious optimization functions for key organs such as the brain, blood, intestines, and skin, thereby enhancing the health instincts of the nervous system, digestive system, blood system, and skin system, activating the potential health functions of the entire human body, and improving the "driving force of health". Having a strong "health driving force" can not only give you natural disease defense capabilities, but also beautify your body shape and skin, which is beneficial to your spiritual fulfillment and makes it easy to have a beautiful and healthy life.

The nutritional value of wheat germ oil among edible oils is highly praised by the world nutrition community, which goes without saying. Rice germ oil is comparable to wheat germ oil. The fatty acid content ratio of rice germ oil contains saturated acid, ω-3, ω-6, and ω-9 fatty acids, and the nutritional composition of fatty acids is relatively balanced. It also has three major features:

1. Rich in Vitamin E, the total Vitamin E content is 190 mg/100 g, of which tocopherol and tocotrienol each account for about half.

2. Rich in oryzanol, the oryzanol content is above 0.5%.

3. Rich in phytosterols, with a content of more than 2.5%.

Among rice protein, alkaline-soluble glutenin with high lysine content accounts for 80%. The lysine content is higher than that of other grains, and the amino acid composition is reasonable. The biological value (BV value) of rice protein is 77, and the protein utility ratio (PER value) is 2.2 (wheat is 1.5 and corn is 1.1). The digestibility of protein exceeds 90%, which are higher than other grains. Therefore, the nutritional value of rice protein is high.
