1. Baking

2. Drying

(1) Choose a good day and dry the fruit after sunrise. Spread the black wolfberry thinly and place it in a dry, ventilated and sunny place, but not in direct sunlight. Start with weak light and low temperature and gradually move to strong light and high temperature, and let it dry slowly in the wind.

(2) After the black wolfberry is dried, it should be packed into bags in time. Double-layer bags should be used. The time for bagging should be around 4 or 5 o'clock in the afternoon. At this time, there is plenty of sunlight and the humidity is relatively low. The black wolfberry is not easy to get damp. After bagging, the mouth of the bag should be tied up immediately. This method is easy to use in spring and summer when there is plenty of sunlight and low air humidity.

(3) It should be noted that when black wolfberries are turned over during the drying process, the flesh will be damaged and turn black after drying. Therefore, after the wolfberries are spread out to dry, they should not be turned over in the middle and can only be collected after they are dry.
