Is it easy to get pregnant if you use a pillow to support your buttocks?

In life, many women are very concerned about the issue of pregnancy rate. After women have sex, most people are more concerned about the possibility of fertility. In addition to preparing for pregnancy, there are also some tips that need to be known. When men and women have sex, there are many issues to pay attention to, such as posture or other follow-up work. So will it be easier to get pregnant if you put a pillow under your buttocks?

1. Chances of pregnancy

There is a dome in the part of the vagina surrounding the cervix behind the cervix, called the vaginal vault. After a man and a woman have sex, semen accumulates here, allowing the cervical opening facing backward and downward to be immersed in the semen, making it easier for the sperm to pass through the cervical opening into the uterine cavity to meet the egg and achieve conception. However, if the uterus is in a retroverted position and the cervix is facing forward and upward, the opening of the cervix is not easily immersed in semen, and the chance of conception will be significantly reduced.

2. Use a pillow

The position of the uterus in the pelvic cavity can be divided into anterior uterus, median uterus and posterior uterus. A uterus that falls backwards toward the rectum is called a retroverted uterus. Women with a retroverted uterus may have difficulty getting pregnant. For women with a retroverted uterus, when having sex, they should place a cushion or a small pillow of appropriate thickness under their buttocks to raise their buttocks so that the ejaculated semen can be concentrated in the posterior fornix of the vagina. The woman should continue to raise her buttocks and lie in bed for 20-30 minutes. At the same time, the woman should not urinate within half an hour after ejaculation to prevent the semen from leaking out. Doing so will allow the cervix to fully contact with the semen, thereby increasing the probability of sperm entering the uterine cavity. It also helps in conception.

3. Others

In addition to adopting this special posture during intercourse, women who are preparing for pregnancy can also perform corrective exercises. They should insist on lying on their side, back, or kneeling 2-3 times a day, each time for about half an hour, to allow the uterus to lean forward and flex. Especially during the menstrual period, it is best to do prone exercises every day. At this time, the uterus is slightly softer, which helps to help it tilt forward.
