Symptoms of spontaneous healing of femoral head necrosis

Femoral head necrosis is not unfamiliar to many people, and it is also a common problem in clinical practice. Many reasons may lead to femoral head necrosis, the most common of which is external stimulation. When people encounter femoral head necrosis, they must follow the principle of early detection and early treatment. Some people also believe that femoral head necrosis can be cured. What are the symptoms of spontaneous healing of femoral head necrosis?

1. Femoral head necrosis cannot heal itself

Femoral head necrosis is common in patients with femoral neck fractures or those who have been using drugs such as corticosteroids for a long time. This is because the femoral head is a completely intra-articular structure with no muscles or other attachments and fewer blood vessels. Most of the blood is supplied through the small arteries in the femoral neck and femoral head. Necrosis of the femoral head is generally caused by blockage or damage to these blood vessels. These blood vessels have poor self-reconstruction function and are basically unable to heal themselves.

2. Idiopathic femoral head necrosis

Idiopathic femoral head necrosis, also known as ischemic femoral head necrosis, is a common disease with various causes. Different methods are used for different degrees of the disease. For example, for level one: for jobs with high activity and labor load, the workload and work rhythm should be properly controlled, attention should be paid to the combination of work and rest, the localized pressure on the epiphysis should be eliminated or reduced, and attention should be paid to rest.

3. Others

Once femoral head necrosis occurs, patients often have a subjective feeling of discomfort, usually with pain when walking and obvious discomfort when crossing their legs. In addition, the walking posture is often not aesthetically pleasing and may even cause intermittent claudication. Usually there are no obvious clinical manifestations in the early stages of femoral head necrosis, and the above symptoms will only appear when the disease reaches a certain stage. Therefore, once these symptoms appear, you should actively go to the hospital for relevant examinations, so that femoral head necrosis can be detected early and early diagnosis and treatment can be carried out.
