People with poor physical constitution are often more susceptible to illness than healthy people. There are many ways to improve your physical fitness, such as exercise, a healthy diet, adjusting your mindset, vaccinations, and standardized medication, all of which can enhance your physical fitness to a certain extent.

1. Exercise

Increase physical activity and exercise more. Many people often sit for long periods of time and do little exercise. Whether they are working, studying or resting, they always like to sit and lack sufficient exercise. Sitting for long periods of time will reduce the body's immunity and increase the risk of chronic diseases such as obesity, hypertension, coronary heart disease, and malignant tumors.

Therefore, we should develop the habit of exercising regularly. Exercise can enhance physical fitness and improve body immunity. Choose sports that you are interested in, such as jogging, swimming, brisk walking, cycling, yoga, aerobics, dancing, etc., which are all suitable aerobic exercises. You should exercise for at least 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week, and reach moderate intensity during exercise, that is, the heart rate during exercise reaches 60%-70% of the maximum heart rate (220-age), to improve cardiopulmonary function.

2. Eat a healthy diet

The daily diet should be diversified, including staple foods, vegetables, fruits, fish, poultry, meat, eggs, soy products, etc. At least 12 kinds of food should be consumed every day and more than 25 kinds of food per week to supplement rich nutrition and meet the body's needs.

If the dietary structure is unreasonable, if you eat too much meat and fish, the diet is too greasy, you consume too much salt, and consume too much high-fat, high-calorie food, but too little coarse grains, vegetables, fruits and other foods, it will lead to malnutrition, reduce the body's immunity, and cause increased blood lipids and blood sugar, increasing the risk of chronic diseases such as coronary heart disease, hypertension, and diabetes.

3. Keep a regular schedule

Go to bed early and get up early every day, stay up late less, go to bed before 11pm, and sleep seven or eight hours a day. Staying up late for a long time will reduce the body's immunity.

4. Adjust your mindset

Being in a state of tension, anxiety, depression, etc. for a long time will also reduce immunity. Therefore, we must adjust our mood in time, face life positively and optimistically, and maintain a peaceful state of mind.

5. Vaccination

During the flu season, a single cold can cause a large number of infections. If we can get the vaccine in time, it will be very helpful to improve our own immunity. Because the essence of the vaccine is inactivated virus, it is used to train our body's resistance. The next time we encounter a virus that has not been inactivated, our immunity will naturally be able to deal with it calmly.

6. Standardized medication

Drugs are a double-edged sword. If used properly, they can effectively inhibit bacteria or viruses. If used improperly, it will suppress the body's resistance and increase the activity of bacteria or viruses. As we often mention, the indiscriminate use of antibiotics results in the emergence of more and more super bacteria.

Therefore, it is important to use medication in a standardized manner. Do not take medication at random on your own. You must use medication under the guidance of a doctor or pharmacist.
