What are the symptoms of eye damage?

Eye damage actually means suffering from an eye disease. Most eye damage refers to trachoma or conjunctivitis. These two eye diseases are relatively common diseases. If you unfortunately suffer from trachoma or conjunctivitis, you must separate your toiletries from those of your family members and store them separately. This virus will cause repeated infection. You must develop good eye habits in your daily life. What are the symptoms of eye damage?

Simple treatment

Because this disease is highly contagious and can cause widespread epidemics, attention should be paid to personal hygiene, especially eye hygiene. When there is a patient with conjunctivitis at home, toiletries must be strictly separated.

Urge patients to instill antibiotic eye drops on time as prescribed by the doctor.

For those with excessive eye secretions, the conjunctiva can be rinsed with normal saline or 0.3% boric acid water 2-3 times a day.

Generally, 0.25% chloramphenicol eye drops, 0.5% neomycin, 0.1% rifampicin eye drops or 10% chloramphenicol eye drops can be used, once every half an hour. You can apply eye ointment to your eyes before going to bed to maintain the drug's effectiveness for a longer period of time. Wash your hands before applying eye drops.

In serious cases, it is recommended to go to the hospital for treatment and flushing.

Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment

1. Daily life regimen

Acute conjunctivitis is transmitted through contact with sick people or their belongings. Therefore, pay attention to isolation and avoid going to densely populated public places such as swimming pools, cinemas, etc. to avoid cross infection. All used items should be disinfected. At the same time, pay attention to rest, maintain adequate sleep, and receive treatment seriously to avoid transmitting the disease to others.

2. Medication therapy

In addition to following the doctor's advice to use local eye drops or take oral antibiotics and sulfonamides to prevent secondary bacterial infection, patients can take the following prescriptions for conditioning.
