Frequent urination Chinese medicine prescription [Prescription] 15 grams each of hemp seed and raspberry, 9 grams each of apricot kernel and raw white peony root, 6 grams of raw rhubarb, 5 grams each of Citrus aurantium and Magnolia officinalis, and 12 grams of silkworm cocoon. [Usage] Decoction the above medicine and take it in 2 doses, 1 dose per day. 2. Diet adjustment (1) 500 grams of mutton and 50 grams of astragalus. (2) Put 250 grams each of turtle meat and dog meat into a pot, add water and stew until cooked. Eat the meat and drink the soup. Take it in two doses. (3) 30g of Astragalus, 10g of Silkworm Cocoon, and 100g of glutinous rice. Put it into the pot, add appropriate amount of water and cook it into porridge, then add a little salt and drink it. (4) Add 40 grams each of shiitake mushrooms and red dates and 20 grams of rock sugar to water and steam until cooked. Take once a day in the morning and evening for 7 to 10 days as a course of treatment. (5) Stuff 30 grams of dried lychee meat and 60 grams of glutinous rice into a pig’s bladder, cook and eat. (6) Wash 1 sheep’s stomach, add appropriate amount of water and cook until done. Add salt to taste and eat once a day for 5 to 7 days. 3. Eat a healthy diet 1. Warming, nourishing and astringent foods. People with insufficient kidney qi are suitable for eating such foods as glutinous rice, chicken gizzard lining, fish maw, yam, lotus seeds, leeks, black sesame seeds, longan, and black plum. 2. Light and nourishing food. It is suitable for people with excessive fire in the liver and gallbladder to eat such foods as japonica rice, coix seed, yam, lotus seeds, chicken gizzard lining, tofu, white fungus, mung beans, red beans, duck meat, etc. 3. Eat dry food. It is better to eat dry rice for dinner to reduce water intake. |
