What is the reason for heavy moisture on the feet

With the improvement of living standards, people pay more attention to taking care of their bodies. We often hear the term "dampness" in traditional Chinese medicine, and see various methods of dehumidification. Dampness can manifest in many parts of the body, and the feet can also experience symptoms due to dampness, such as blisters and itching. But what causes dampness in the feet? How can we improve it? The following is a brief introduction.

What causes dampness in feet?

I believe everyone is familiar with dampness. Many people suffer from dampness in their bodies to varying degrees. It mainly manifests itself on the body surface, such as: itchy skin, greasy hair, acne on the face, lack of energy and fatigue, blisters, bad breath, discomfort in private parts, etc. There is another situation, that is damp feet, which is mainly caused by excessive moisture in the human body that cannot be excreted and accumulates in the feet. Generally, there will be symptoms such as blisters between the toes and itching.

What causes wet feet?

Dampness in the feet originates from the toes and is caused by the accumulation of damp heat or contact with damp and toxic evil qi. At the beginning of the disease, there are small puddle between the toes, which are very itchy. Water will ooze out after being scratched, and there may be local desquamation or scabs. Because the toes are repeatedly wet and rotten, it is also called water ulcer.

Causes

Qi is prone to secondary infection. In severe cases, the exudate increases significantly and has a special odor. The local skin (mostly near the base of the toe on the flexion side) is easily scratched to reveal a red eroded surface. The local area gradually swells and may even extend to the sole of the foot, which is called "stinking snail". It is also called "athlete's foot". There is another type of foot dampness, dryness and itching between the toes, local roughness and desquamation of the skin, and chapped skin that is prone to occur in cold weather.

What causes wet feet?

Reasons for the recurrence of damp feet:

1. Incomplete treatment: Although fungi mostly parasitize in the shallow layer of the skin, they can also be found in the deeper layers. If you apply medicine several times and see that the skin between the toes has dried and peeled off, and think that it is healed and stop applying medicine, the mold hidden deeper in the skin will continue to multiply in a few days.

2. Repeated infection: When the tinea pedis fungus is active, the shoes and socks will be contaminated with some fungal spores. The spores are tolerant to both cold and heat, and washing with soap will not kill them. When you wear these shoes and socks again, the mold will have a chance to become active again. In addition to self-infection, another possibility of reinfection is reinfection due to using public bath towels or public foot basins.

Introduction to therapy

Pyrotechnic Sand Pyrotechnic Sand is formed under special geological conditions under which red-hot magma acts on fine sand. The formation temperature is more than 3,000 degrees. Therefore, it is dry and does not contain volatiles. It also contains a variety of trace elements beneficial to the human body brought by deep magma.

What causes wet feet?

Fire-burned sand can treat foot dampness due to three factors:

1. The scorched sand has strong water absorption, which destroys the humid environment necessary for the survival and reproduction of foot moisture fungi, and the fungi cannot survive and reproduce; 2. The scorched sand has high osmotic pressure, which quickly causes the fungi's grasping organs "pili" and movement organs "flagella" to dehydrate and shrink. The fungi become dehydrated and shrunken, and are in a dormant "coma" state. The fungi are unable to absorb and automatically leave the human body.

3. Charred sand contains a variety of trace elements, which can repair skin tissue damaged by fungi. Hot compress method: first heat the charred sand, put it into a cloth bag, and allow the moist parts of the feet to fully contact with the charred sand. Apply it for about 30 minutes at a time and it will be effective immediately. The longer the time, the better the effect, and it can remove moisture from the feet in about 20 days.
