The difference between wheat ear perm and corn perm

The difference between wheat ear perm and corn perm

Wheat ear perm and corn curl are a kind of perm method that became popular a long time ago. In the past, many people liked to do such micro perm to make the hair look curly and not too wavy. Short hair will look better with such perm. However, there are still big differences between these two types, and the appearance will be different.

Introduction of wheat ear perm

Wheat ear perm, a type of perm. In addition to wheat ear perm, there are also air perm, weaving perm and other strange names that are named by stylists based on the effects after perming or the techniques used during perming.

Basic Introduction of Corn Hot Pot

Corn curling is a new popular hairstyling technique internationally. The whole process of corn perm takes more than 3 hours, which mainly includes shampooing, pre-perm treatment, softening, clipping the hair into whiskers with corn clips, shaping, nutritional care, rinsing and drying, and styling. For each process, hairdressers have a fixed schedule and use specific products. For pre-perm treatment, a pre-perm treatment agent will be used, which takes 25-30 minutes to achieve the desired curvature that can be clipped out using clips. Corn curling not only provides nutrition to the hair, but also makes the hair more plastic, textured and stable.

Corn-curled perms are just right for the effect of "creating a bright mood" that this winter's hairstyle emphasizes.

Suitable for

For office working women with smooth but thin hair, corn perm will be the best choice.

The permed hair feels more fluffy, which is suitable for people with less or frizzy hair.

Operation process

1. When washing your hair (deep shampoo), do not use two-in-one conditioning shampoo.

2. After blow-drying your hair, apply the first dose (softener) in layers from bottom to top.

3. When applying the first dose (softener), make sure the hair is 3-4 cm wide and 1 cm thick. When applying the ion lotion, make sure to leave 0.5-1 cm for the hair roots and comb the hair back to its original position (do not neglect this). The softening time is 15-25 minutes. (If you have very natural curls, please extend the softening time. If your hair is damaged or over-bleached, shorten the softening time.) Heat in winter but not in summer.

4. Test the degree of softening. Pick up a strand of hair and wrap it around your left and right index fingers. Pull the two ends tightly until it can be extended by 1/2.

5. Rinse with clean water, blow the hair 70-80% dry, and then use a corn tongs.

6. Corn curling iron (6-5 seconds for hair roots, 5-4 seconds for hair shafts, and 4-2 seconds for hair ends).

7. Divide the hair into sections first (do not twist the hair), then work from bottom to top. The hair pieces should be 3-4cm wide and 1cm thick.

8. The second dose (setting agent) is in water form, so you must put the second dose into the spray gun. After spraying on the hair, do not comb the hair, and leave it on for 15 minutes.

9. Rinse with clean water and apply the third dose of balancing hormone to the hair. Gently rub the hair and leave it on for 3 minutes before rinsing.

10. Blow dry and shape. (It will be better if you can use an ion clipper to straighten it again)
