The red spots on the ankles are very itchy

The weather is very hot in the summer, and various skin diseases are emerging one after another. People like to wear sandals and not socks, so the most prone part of skin diseases is the feet. In addition to mosquito bites, allergies may also cause red bumps on the ankles. Red bumps on the feet are not serious diseases. Just apply some anti-inflammatory ointment and it will get better. If it is a mosquito bite, you can apply some mosquito repellent cream.

Some people sometimes develop small red spots on their feet, which is actually caused by eczema. There are many varieties of human food, which can generally be divided into plants, animals, and minerals. In modern food, some chemically synthesized foods such as saccharin, acetic acid, citric acid, flavors, synthetic dyes, etc. are often used. These foods can cause food allergies, leading to the occurrence of eczema.

Eczema is a common inflammatory skin disease of the epidermis and superficial dermis caused by a variety of internal and external factors. It is characterized by conscious and severe itching, polymorphic skin lesions, symmetrical distribution, tendency to exudation, chronic course, and easy recurrence.

The rash is polymorphic, symmetrically distributed, and has unclear edges. It is easy to exude, has severe itching, often recurs, and has a chronic course. It is generally not difficult to diagnose. However, acute eczema should be differentiated from contact dermatitis, chronic eczema should be differentiated from neurodermatitis, and hand and foot eczema should be differentiated from tinea pedis and tinea manuum.

When we unfortunately suffer from eczema, we should pay attention to adjusting our diet. Both adults and children should avoid spicy and stimulating foods, and avoid eating allergenic items such as alcohol. Seafood and shellfish should be prohibited, and a light diet is better; try to reduce adverse external stimuli, such as scratching with hands, external soap, hot water washing, etc.; clothing should be loose, light and soft, and avoid wearing wool products or nylon fabrics. Try rubbing zinc ointment on the affected area.

People with eczema must pay attention to the intake of irritating foods. After becoming ill, the first thing to do is to avoid eating foods that are prone to allergies, or irritating diets. If the symptoms of eczema worsen, it means that the added substances are allergic and you must limit your intake. But don't ban all protein foods. A balanced diet should provide the body with enough nutrition.
