Cardiovascular rupture

Cardiovascular rupture

We often hear that some people have died accidentally due to cardiovascular rupture, so many patients with hypertension take antihypertensive drugs regularly, for fear that high blood pressure will cause cardiovascular rupture and death. More and more people suffer from high blood pressure, but most people will control their diet and emotions, because the cause of blood vessel rupture has a great direct relationship with high blood pressure and emotions.

1. Causes of blood vessel rupture

1. The causes of blood vessel rupture include high blood pressure and irritability.

1.1. Hypertension: Hypertension is an important cause of cerebral vascular rupture, among which systolic blood pressure is particularly important. As systolic blood pressure increases, the incidence of cerebral hemorrhage gradually increases. When physical and mental activities are stressful, blood pressure rises further. When the pressure exceeds the ability of blood vessels to withstand, blood vessels rupture and cerebral hemorrhage occurs. It is reported that about 70%-80% of cerebral blood vessel ruptures are caused by hypertension.

1.2. Bad temper: Type A personality is what is called bad temper. People with this personality are prone to cerebral vascular rupture, and the incidence of bleeding is 4 times higher than that of people with other personalities. People with this kind of personality have a strong desire for quick success, have overly high goals, are keen on competition, have a sense of urgency, are overly competitive, speak and act at a fast pace, are in a state of tension all day, and have a quick temper. Due to mental tension, the excitability of the sympathetic nerves increases, the secretion of catecholamines increases, the pulse and heartbeat accelerate, and the vasoconstriction reaction is strong, which causes the blood pressure to rise, and the cerebral blood vessels are prone to rupture, resulting in hypertensive cerebral vascular rupture.

2. The causes of blood vessel rupture are obesity and excessive salt intake

2.1. Obesity: Studies have shown that increased weight leads to increased blood pressure. Losing weight can reduce the risk of hypertension. Every kilogram of weight loss will reduce systolic blood pressure by 0.3 kPa (2.25 mmHg) and diastolic blood pressure by 0.2 kPa (1.5 mmHg). The prevalence of hypertension in obese people who are more than 20% above the standard weight is 2.9 times higher than that in people with normal weight.

2.2. Excessive salt intake: Excessive salt intake is a triggering factor of hypertension, thereby increasing the chance of cerebral blood vessel rupture. Salt is an indispensable substance for the human body, but long-term consumption of excessive salt is harmful. Some people like to eat salty food, which is a bad habit. Studies have confirmed that salt has a direct damaging effect on blood vessel walls, increasing the sensitivity of blood vessels, increasing blood volume, and raising blood pressure, making cerebral blood vessel rupture more likely to occur.

3. Causes of blood vessel rupture include overwork and cold weather.

3.1. Overwork: Due to excessive workload, extreme mental stress, long-distance travel and excessive fatigue, cerebral hemorrhage can be easily induced.

3.2. Cold climate: affects the normal metabolism of human neuroendocrine system, increases blood viscosity, plasma fibrinogen and adrenaline, increases capillary spasm and fragility, increases blood pressure and causes blood vessel rupture.
