What is a gallbladder neoplasm

What is a gallbladder neoplasm

Each part of the body has a fixed appearance. Once one of them is changed, the organs of the body will undergo strange changes. A gallbladder polyp is an additional growth that appears on the gallbladder and can cause great harm in the body. The causes of its formation are very complicated and the treatment is difficult, but as long as timely measures and some related matters are taken, there is a great chance of avoiding the occurrence of this disease. The following article introduces some related help.

Causes of gallbladder neoplasms:

Gallbladder growths are mostly caused by repeated stimulation of cholecystitis, such as pedunculated gallbladder polyps, which are prone to malignant transformation and require regular inspection and treatment.

The prevention and control measures are as follows:

1) Dietary precautions

1. Eat less spicy spices, carbonated drinks, alcohol and other foods that promote the secretion of gastric juice. Gastric juice will stimulate the contraction of the gallbladder and increase the occurrence of gallbladder neoplasms.

2. Eat breakfast, lunch and dinner at fixed times. When bile excretion is irregular, the bile in the gallbladder can easily coagulate into cystic growths.

3. Dietary fiber has the function of reducing cholesterol in the blood. Eat fiber-rich foods such as brown rice, germ rice, vegetables, and seaweed.

4. Limit fat in your diet. Elevated cholesterol can easily lead to gallbladder tumors. Limit foods rich in animal fats such as eggs, cream, butter, liver, fish eggs, etc.

2) Preventive measures

Gallbladder neoplasms can be prevented to a certain extent by paying attention to the following aspects:

1. Actively treat diseases that can cause gallbladder neoplasms, such as cholecystitis, hepatitis, cirrhosis, fatty liver, hemolytic anemia, obesity and hyperlipidemia.

2. Be careful to avoid all factors that may cause cholestasis and change the bad habit of skipping breakfast.

3. Patients receiving long-term intravenous nutrition should regularly use cholecystokinetic drugs.

4. Have regular physical examinations. Once poor gallbladder function, structural abnormalities, poor gallbladder bile translucency, and the presence of bile sludge or bile sand are found, the gallbladder function can be restored and the bile sludge, bile sand or congested thick bile can be discharged through active and reasonable treatment. In this way, the pathway to cyst formation can be blocked at an early stage.
