I get acne from sitting for too long

Summer is coming soon, and the weather has become more and more severe. It is very uncomfortable for people who need to sit and work for a long time. You may find some pimples on your buttocks when sitting for a long time, and these pimples generally cause very serious conditions, making patients feel painful and itchy. The bumps on the buttocks are what we call prickly heat. If you get prickly heat on your buttocks, you can go to the drugstore and buy ointment to treat it. If there is no ointment, you can refer to the following methods to treat prickly heat.

Apply prickly heat powder

Powder for prickly heat can dispel wind and dampness, provide cooling and relieve itching. People who get prickly heat in the hot summer weather can apply some powder for prickly heat after taking a shower to relieve the symptoms, which can immediately make the skin dry and refreshed.

Floral water

Floral water has the effects of removing dirt, sterilizing, preventing prickly heat and relieving itching. When you get prickly heat rashes on your buttocks in summer, you can apply a small amount of floral water locally to relieve itching and prickly heat.

Notice! Floral water is highly irritating and is not suitable for treating prickly heat and small pimples that have been scratched.

Ginger has a bactericidal effect. Cut fresh ginger into thin slices and gently rub the areas where prickly heat appears. The prickly heat will soon improve.

Boil peach leaves in water and scrub

Add 50 grams of peach leaves to 500 milliliters of water, boil it until only half the water volume is left, then use the water boiled with the peach leaves to directly apply to the prickly heat. If you persist for about a week, the prickly heat will improve.

Soak in honeysuckle vine decoction

Take 1500 ml of water and bring it to a boil. Add 30 grams of honeysuckle vines and simmer to obtain 1000 ml of juice. Let it cool to 40 degrees and use it to soak the affected area.

Most of the prickly heat on the buttocks is caused by poor breathability when sitting. If you can change into a pair of breathable cotton shorts, the amount of sweat remaining on the skin surface will be reduced, and naturally prickly heat will not appear.

Ice cushion seat

Office white-collar workers or students often sit still for several hours in a row. In the hot summer, sweat cannot be dissipated in time, so the skin around the buttocks will be in a hot and humid environment for a long time, and prickly heat will appear over time.

If you can put an ice cushion on the stool, you can cool your buttocks, so that you will sweat less, your skin will become drier and you will not get prickly heat.

Move your butt more

Even if you need to sit for a long time to work or study, it is okay to move your buttocks a little. It is recommended to move your buttocks and change your sitting posture every 15-20 minutes.
