Shenjue Point Location of Shenjue Point: Located in the center of the navel, it is a key point of the Ren Meridian.

Efficacy: Moxibustion on this acupoint has the effect of warming the yang and replenishing qi, and strengthening the spleen and stomach. Cook until symptoms such as abdominal pain, diarrhea, rectal prolapse, edema, and collapse occur.

Neiguan acupoint Neiguan acupoint location: on the palm side of the forearm, on the line connecting Quze and Daling, 2 inches above the transverse wrist crease, between the palmaris longus tendon and the radial carpi tendon.

Efficacy: Moxibustion on this acupoint can strengthen the stomach and relieve pain. It is mainly used to treat acute or chronic gastric mucosal changes caused by various reasons, upper abdominal discomfort, bloating or burning sensation, as well as lack of appetite, nausea, vomiting, heartburn and other symptoms.

Liangmen Point Liangmen Point location: in the upper abdomen, 4 inches above the umbilicus and 2 inches away from the anterior midline.

Efficacy: It helps in digestion and relieves stagnation. It is mainly used to treat stomach diseases such as loss of appetite, stomach pain, vomiting, gastritis, gastric or duodenal ulcer, gastroptosis, and gastric neurovascular disease.
