Therefore, many people have tried many methods to lose excess fat on their chins, but the results are often very mediocre. So how do you get rid of the fat on your chin?

How to get rid of chin fat?

1. Auxiliary patting: After cleansing and skin care every morning and evening, raise your head and use the backs of both hands to rhythmically pat the junction of the jaw and neck in turn. Pat from the neck to the chin. The neck and chin form an arc from bottom to top. The back of your hand should be close to the skin from the neck to the chin, completing the upward pulling step while patting. Pat the front side 30 times. Keep your head tilted back, turn your head 45 degrees to the left and right, and tap 30 times on each side to tighten the skin and burn jaw fat.

2. Lie on your back on the bed. Support your body with your shoulders and hang your head over the edge of the bed, then slowly lift it up and lower it down, repeat 10 times. Without moving your shoulders, just extend your neck forward as far as possible, hold for 6 seconds, then slowly pull your chin down to your neck as far as possible, hold this position for 6 seconds and relax, then repeat several times.

3. Chin-reducing exercise: Without moving your shoulders, extend your neck forward as far as possible. Hold this position for 5 seconds. Then slowly pull your chin down to your neck as far as possible. Hold this position for 5 seconds and then relax. Repeat this movement 5 times in each set. Do 5 sets every day. Close your mouth and move your chin as far to the right as possible. Move to the left in the same way. Do eight sets for a total of one set, one for each side.

4. Stick out your tongue. Press your chin with your fingertips while applying force with the tip of your tongue to stick out as far as possible. Just move your tongue to the lower left like this. If the muscles of your mouth become hard at this time, it's fine. Start rotating to the right, one circle as a set of movements, repeat eight times. Sticking out your tongue is an ideal way to keep the skin between your double chin and neck firm, thus preventing a double chin from forming or reducing the size of one that does form.

5. Press the tongue against the gums. Press the tongue against the gums of the lower jaw. This can also tighten the skin of the neck and reduce double chins.

6. Push your chin up, open your legs, relax your body and stand up straight. Then put your hands behind your back and clasp your fingers together. Then stretch your body, lift your chin up, inhale through your nose, and exhale through your mouth 4 times, then return to the original standing position. Repeat several times. Tilt your head to the right, reach your right hand to the left side of your head, gently press your head down, and maintain this position for 20 seconds. Then switch sides and repeat the same action, gently pressing the right side of the head with your left hand. One set of movements for left and right, repeat this set of movements 4 times. Place your left palm under your chin and push your chin upwards. Repeat this movement 10 times. Then switch to your right hand and repeat the same action 10 times.

7. For the teeth grinding exercise, slowly open your mouth horizontally as wide as possible and then stay there for 10 seconds. Just close your mouth and clench your molars tightly, then stop for 10 seconds without exerting any force. Repeat the above set of movements 8 times.

8. There are no traditional meridian acupoints to press at the acupressure points, but you can start from the mandible, which is the bone where the chin meets the neck when you raise your head. Along the bony edge of the mandible, from left to right and from bottom to top, effectively eliminate chin fat.

① Press the acupoints with four fingers together, fingertips facing upwards, and thumbs under the chin (where the mandible and muscles meet, the edge of the mandible). When applying acupressure, just push up gently.

②Double chin slimming exercise

① Without moving your shoulders, extend your neck forward as far as possible. Hold this position for 5 seconds. Then slowly pull your chin down to your neck as far as possible. Hold this position for 5 seconds and then relax. Repeat this movement 5 times in each set. Do 5 sets every day.

②Close your mouth and move your chin as far to the right as possible. Move to the left in the same way. Do eight sets for a total of one set, one for each side.

9. Massage technique: Use the thumbs and index fingers of both hands to hold the excess fat on the lower jaw, pinching and lifting from the middle to both sides every 1 cm. When pinching and lifting to the ear root, repeat the action 5 times. Then clench your teeth hard and rub the base of your ear with your thumb for 5 seconds to make your jaw firm again. Starting from the base of the ears, use the index fingers of both hands to pull along the jawline towards the middle. This massage can fully stimulate the jaw fat, tighten and lift it.
