1. Smearing method

Apply facial cream to the areas where new leather shoes rub your feet, or dry a wet towel, soak it in white wine, and fix it with a clip to the areas where your feet rub. Leave it overnight to soften the leather.

2. Pressing method

If the edge of your shoes rubs your feet, cover it with a wet towel for a few minutes to make it damp and soft, then use a cylindrical object such as a glass bottle to press it hard a few times.

3. Wedge Palm Technique

If your new shoes pinch your feet because they are too small, you can wet them with a wet towel and then use shoe wedges to stretch them larger so they fit your feet better.

1. Don't always wear high heels of the same height to avoid frequent compression on the same part of the foot.

2. When sitting upright, you should bend your feet first, then gently stretch your legs, maintain this posture for 30 minutes, do not lift your legs, so that your feet can relax.

5. If you wear high heels, pay attention to the occasion. Do not wear them in a crowded car or on an uneven road, because these shoes are designed for special occasions, such as dances.

6. Some extremely high heels are not designed for walking. Wearing them at certain times has great "sexual" significance, but there is no need to wear them at other times, so you should pay special attention to them.

7. When walking in high heels, you should pay attention to taking breaks constantly. When resting, you can lift your toes and move your calves.

8. It is best not to wear leather shoes barefoot, as this will damage the skin of your feet.

9. When wearing pointed high heels, make sure to move your toes while you can toe them. This can provide some relief and prevent excessive pressure on the same part.

10. Do not trim your nails too harshly to prevent nail inflammation.

11. When walking in high heels, your heels must be moved backwards from time to time. Do not put too much pressure on your toes due to the high heels. Give your toes a certain amount of space, even if it is very small. Pushing your toes forward doesn't look nice either.

12. When purchasing new high heels, make sure they are slightly tight and not too big. Otherwise, you may sprain your feet because the heels do not fit your feet well, or cause blisters because the heels rub your feet. Wearing new shoes requires a certain period of adjustment, so don't wear new high heels for a long time at first. It's best to stay at home for a while before wearing them out.

13. If you have time, you can stand one meter away from a wall, press your upper body against the wall, and stretch your lower body outwards with your heels flat on the ground. Repeat several times, each stretch for 20 seconds. Doing the above exercises regularly will help prevent foot discomfort.
