How to treat numbness and pain in the lower back?

Due to the increasing pressure of life, more and more people are experiencing low back pain, even some young people cannot avoid it. In fact, low back pain may be caused by many reasons, such as lumbar disc herniation, or long-term physical work. Different reasons will lead to different solutions to the numbness and pain in the waist, but generally speaking, the reason for this symptom is because of compression of the nerves. Next, I will introduce you to several ways to relieve it.

1. Swallow exercise:

Lie prone on the bed, and do movements such as lifting both lower limbs alternately, lifting both lower limbs at the same time, stretching and lifting the upper body backwards, and lifting both ends of the body off the bed at the same time. Do each of the above movements more than ten times, and exercise for 30 minutes every day.

2. Acupuncture

It is recommended to use acupuncture to treat and relieve the symptoms of numbness and pain in the waist. This is very helpful for relieving your symptoms such as low back pain and numbness in the lower limbs. Pay attention to doing more swallow flying movements in daily life. This can exercise your spine well and relieve your pain and other symptoms.

3. Self-massage

Your daily living habits are also crucial. Avoid getting wet. If you wade through water, get caught in the rain, or sweat during physical exertion, you should change clothes and wipe your body immediately. To care for low back pain, you can do self-massage, move your waist, and take a bath frequently or with hot water. What you can do in this situation is to conduct a full-body examination in time to find out what is causing the problem so that you can prescribe the right medicine. You should pay attention to taking medicine under the guidance of a doctor to prevent the condition from worsening due to improper use of medicine. You can also massage your waist more often to relieve the pain.

4. Get more rest

At the same time, you can move your waist more often. Backward walking is a good exercise method. It is best not to do heavy physical labor or strenuous exercise. Do not sleep on a spring mattress. Be sure to avoid maintaining a single posture for long periods of time while working or studying, especially when bending over for long periods of time while working or studying. You should take a break for about 10 minutes every hour or so.
