Precautions for scraping

1. During scraping treatment, you should pay attention to keeping the room warm, especially avoid cold and drafts in winter. When scraping in summer, avoid direct exposure of fans to the scraping area.

2. Avoid taking a cold shower within 30 minutes after scraping.

3. Before the sha spots on the area treated with scraping last time have disappeared, it is not advisable to scrape the same area again to produce sha. The next scraping session should be done after an interval of 3-6 days, until the sha on the skin disappears.

4. After scraping, it is best to drink a cup of warm water (preferably light sugar and salt water) and rest for 15-20 minutes.

Who is not suitable for scraping?

Not everyone is suitable for scraping, because scraping will stimulate the sympathetic nerves. Some people with weak or sensitive constitutions will turn pale or blue in the face, break out in cold sweats all over the body, and some may even go into shock. Such people must be especially careful when scraping. In addition, the skin of the elderly and children is relatively fragile, so the force should be used as lightly as possible when scraping, or a layer of cotton cloth should be placed on the skin before scraping to reduce direct friction of the scraping equipment on the skin and cause skin damage. He suggested that people who are elderly and frail, have skin allergies, have cardiovascular disease, leukemia, allergic purpura, thrombocytopenia, cancer, dermatitis, or have wounds or scars on their skin are not suitable for scraping.
