Complete explanation of leg acupuncture points

Nowadays, most people's work is done in the office, so sitting for several hours every day will make people look fat and unable to exercise. It is not that there is no time for exercise, but that you cannot make use of the time. You can choose to exercise actively during holidays. In addition to exercise, you can also do leg massage and exercises, which will be of great help in maintaining leg shape and fighting disease.

1. Xuehai Point

Xuehai point is located on the inner side of the thigh. This acupoint is very easy to find. Stand up straight with your legs together. There is an obvious sore spot on the inner side above the knee, which is the Xuehai point. Of course, you can also bend your knees and press the bulge on the inner thigh, where you will feel obvious soreness.

2. Futu Point

The Fu Tu point is on the front of the thigh. You can tighten the thigh muscles, and then you will see that the bent position looks like a little rabbit.

3. Chengfu Point

Please stand up first, and then use your hand to touch the horizontal line between the buttocks and thighs. The midpoint is the Chengfu point.

4. Fengshi Point

Fengshi point is located on the outer side of the thigh. To do this, you can still stand up and maintain an upright posture. The place where the middle finger touches is the Fengshi point.

5. Weizhong Point

There is a horizontal line in the middle of the leg at the Weizhong point, just behind the knee. The midpoint of the horizontal line is the Weizhong point. We can press the thumbs of both hands on the middle of the knees, and the place where the middle fingers press is the Weizhong point.

6. Zusanli

Let me teach you a very simple method. Sit up straight, bend your thighs and calves to a 90-degree angle, place the palm of your right hand on your kneecap, and lower your four fingers downward. The tip of your ring finger is Zusanli, which is a little more than three inches below the knee.

7. Xuanzhong Point

The Xuan Zhong point is on our calf. First find the tip of your outer ankle, then go up along the bone of your foot a little more than three inches (Note: three inches is the width of your index finger, middle finger, ring finger, and little finger combined). Generally, four fingers wide is enough, and there is a concave place.

8. Sanyinjiao

Regularly massaging this acupoint can not only slim your legs, but also has a good effect on women's maintenance. This acupoint is three inches above the tip of the inner ankle (about 4 finger widths).
