The main ingredient of Danshen injection is Danshen, which has the effects of promoting blood circulation and dispersing blood stasis, reducing swelling and stopping bleeding, reducing inflammation and relieving pain, regulating menstruation and relieving pain, dilating coronary arteries, improving myocardial ischemia, lowering blood pressure, calming the nerves, lowering blood sugar and antibacterial. So how do we judge whether it is drug fever? The characteristics of drug fever are

1. If it is the first time to use the drug, fever may occur after a sensitization period of about 10 days; if it is the second time to use the drug, fever may occur quickly because the human body has been sensitized. Drug fever caused by the second time of use is easy to be associated with the drug because it occurs quickly; while drug fever caused by the first time of use is often not considered to be related to the previous use of the drug due to the long interval, or the patient cannot remember the history of drug use at all, which brings certain difficulties to diagnosis;

2. Drug fever is generally a persistent high fever, often reaching 39.C or even above 40.C. However, despite the high fever, the patient's general condition is still good, which is disproportionate to the fever;

3. The application of various antipyretic measures (such as antipyretic drugs) is not effective; however, if the allergenic drugs are discontinued, sometimes the body temperature can drop on its own even without taking anti-allergic measures.

Anaphylactic shock is an acute systemic reaction caused by the human body's allergy to certain biological products (such as foreign serum) or drugs (such as penicillin and iodine-containing contrast agents).
